 ST Series - Steel Anti-Static Raised Floor Systems 
Structure

Steel Cemetitious Access Floor systems are made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheets, which is stretched, spot-welded and coated with epoxy powder after phosphorylation. The core is filled with foamed cement.

  • Carpet

  • Ceramics (higher fire resistance, able to withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C)

Characteristics

  • The lower plate is reinforced to provide better load bearing

  • Imported plastic veneer is used to produce in accordance with European standards

  • Lightweight cement is used to make the floor more noise-proof

  • Unique seamless edge sealing technology ensures strong sealing performance

  • ​Designed and inspected to the highest fire protection standards

  • Anti-static, flame retardant, anti-slip, anti-rust

Fixed cable ducts can be added arbitrarily according to the use requirements, making the wiring more flexible. Strong and weak electricity currents can be separated and isolated, which is convenient for maintenance, saving building space, and reflecting the functionality of the platform system.

Application
  • Standard all-steel raised floor: commonly used in general office buildings, classrooms and other dust-proof and waterproof places

  • Anti-static laminate flooring: Data centers, control rooms, electromechanical rooms, banks, post offices, and workshops and places with anti-static requirements

  • Ceramic veneer floor: Higher fire resistance, able to withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C, commonly used in cleaning workshops, electronic equipment production workshops, telecommunications rooms, and places with dust and static electricity requirements

  • Intelligent network system floor: suitable for office buildings, conference rooms and places that require a large number of wiring systems

The core substrate is high-quality high-strength calcium sulfate plate, the floor is sealed with high-quality steel zinc plate at the bottom, and the edges are sealed with electrical adhesive strips.
